Custom Acrylic Sneeze Guards & Barriers

Protection that doesn't look cheap. We fabricate heavy-duty, custom-fitted acrylic barriers that protect your staff while maintaining a premium aesthetic.

Custom Acrylic Sneeze Guards & Barriers

Off-the-shelf plexiglass barriers look terrible. They wobble, the edges are sharp, and they rarely fit your counters correctly. SignForge takes an architectural approach to protective barriers. We use heavy-gauge, optical-grade acrylic, precision-cut on our CNC routers to the exact dimensions of your reception desk or cash wrap. We flame-polish every edge for a smooth, museum-quality finish, delivering safety hardware that actually looks like it belongs in your high-end space.

Fabrication

How we build it.

Five disciplines under one roof — engineered metalwork, digital precision, and hand craftsmanship.

  1. Welder fabricating a steel sign frame

    01

    Structural Metal Fabrication

Heavy-gauge steel and aluminum are cut, welded, and reinforced in-house to engineered specs. Every frame is built to withstand decades of wind load, seismic movement, and coastal weather.

  2. MultiCam CNC router carving wooden sign panels

    02

    Precision CNC Machining

Automated multi-axis CNC routers carve intricate 3D profiles from thick wood, PVC, and composite stock with sub-millimeter accuracy. The result is repeatable, dimensional detail that hand tooling can't match.

  3. Fiber laser cutting precision metal sign components

    03

    Advanced Laser Cutting

High-powered lasers slice acrylic and plastic with flame-polished, ready-to-finish edges, and cut thin metals to tight tolerances. Every letter, logo, and inlay assembles cleanly the first time.

  4. Large-format Roland printer producing a vinyl banner

    04

    Large-Format Digital Printing

Commercial-grade flatbed and roll printers produce vivid, UV-stable graphics on substrates up to monument scale. Inks and laminates are rated for years of outdoor exposure without fading or peeling.

  5. Craftsman hand-finishing dimensional letters

    05

    Artisan Hand-Finishing

Master craftsmen complete every piece by hand — custom color matching, fine detail painting, and meticulous finishing. It's the final layer that separates a manufactured sign from a signature one.

FAQ

Common questions.

Channel letter installation on storefront
Project manager reviewing site plans
Finished interior lobby signage
Fabricator measuring channel letter depth
Do your sneeze guards screw into my expensive desk?
They don't have to. We offer free-standing models with heavy acrylic feet, or non-destructive brushed metal clamps that grip the edge of the desk without drilling holes.
How do I clean the acrylic without scratching it?
You must NEVER use Windex or ammonia-based cleaners; they will cause the acrylic to crack and "craze." We recommend using only mild soap and water with a clean microfiber cloth, or specialized plastic cleaners like Novus.
Can you put our logo on the barrier?
Yes, we can apply elegant frosted vinyl decals to the acrylic, adding subtle branding to the barrier.
