Crisp, exact, and highly durable. We cut and apply premium cast vinyl lettering for retail storefronts, corporate glass, and commercial fleets.
Commercial Vinyl Lettering
Vinyl lettering is the most efficient way to communicate critical information directly on glass, metal, or painted surfaces. But cheap vinyl shrinks, peels, and cracks in the sun. SignForge works with premium cast vinyl brands including 3M and Avery Dennison. We use digital plotters to cut your exact typography and logos with razor-sharp precision. The result is a seamless, "painted-on" look that survives aggressive window washing and brutal California UV exposure.
Fabrication
How we build it.
Five disciplines under one roof — engineered metalwork, digital precision, and hand craftsmanship.

01
Structural Metal Fabrication
Heavy-gauge steel and aluminum are cut, welded, and reinforced in-house to engineered specs. Every frame is built to withstand decades of wind load, seismic movement, and coastal weather.

02
Precision CNC Machining
Automated multi-axis CNC routers carve intricate 3D profiles from thick wood, PVC, and composite stock with sub-millimeter accuracy. The result is repeatable, dimensional detail that hand tooling can't match.

03
Advanced Laser Cutting
High-powered lasers slice acrylic and plastic with flame-polished, ready-to-finish edges, and cut thin metals to tight tolerances. Every letter, logo, and inlay assembles cleanly the first time.

04
Large-Format Digital Printing
Commercial-grade flatbed and roll printers produce vivid, UV-stable graphics on substrates up to monument scale. Inks and laminates are rated for years of outdoor exposure without fading or peeling.

05
Artisan Hand-Finishing
Master craftsmen complete every piece by hand — custom color matching, fine detail painting, and meticulous finishing. It's the final layer that separates a manufactured sign from a signature one.

FAQ
Common questions.

- Will the vinyl damage my glass when removed?
- No. Professional-grade window vinyl uses adhesives that hold tight but can be cleanly removed with heat and a glass scraper without damaging the window.
- Can you cut very small, intricate letters?
- Yes, our digital plotters are incredibly precise. However, for letters smaller than 1/2 inch tall, we often recommend printing the text on a clear decal, as weeding tiny individual letters becomes difficult.
- Do you install the lettering, or can I?
- We offer professional installation to ensure it is perfectly level and bubble-free. However, for simpler applications like door hours, we can provide the pre-masked vinyl with instructions for you to apply yourself.
